Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by MusclePainter.com. By subscribing or using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement may be updated at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to the Site and do not require additional notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Preamble

Subscriber data is used solely for internal purposes and will be treated as confidential.
All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
Credit cards are billed immediately upon purchase.
An email confirmation with payment details will be sent upon successful purchase.
Orders are processed immediately.
Customer inquiries should be submitted through the Contact page. Responses will be provided within two (2) business days.
This service is prohibited to individuals under the legal age in their respective country.

2. Definitions

“Member” / “Membership”: A user with valid login credentials (username and password) and an active subscription.
“Muscle Painter Billing”: The entity handling billing services, which may include third-party processors.
“Site”: Refers to musclepainter.com.
“Subscriber”: A person who has purchased and holds access credentials for the Site.
“Access Rights”: The license granted via unique login credentials to access the Site for a specific period.
“Bookmarking”: Saving a URL in a browser to return later without re-authentication.

3. Description of Services

MusclePainter.com is a digital art magazine showcasing male beauty through digital art. Subscribers purchase access rights to view exclusive content.

4. Billing

Charges may appear on Subscriber’s credit card or bank statement as musclepainter.com, Muscle Painter, or another name depending on geographical location and the billing provider.

5. Payment and Fees

Memberships involve recurring subscription fees.
Fees are charged according to the subscription plan selected at enrollment.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 9.
Subscriber authorizes Muscle Painter Billing to charge their chosen payment method for membership and additional content purchases.

6. Communication

Transaction receipts will be sent via email to the address provided at sign-up.
Updates may also be communicated through the member dashboard upon login.

7. Electronic Receipts

A confirmation email will be sent upon purchase.
Subscribers may request a detailed account of charges within 365 days of the transaction.
To request records, use the contact information on the Site’s Contact page.

8. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the Site at https://www.musclepainter.com/membership-account/ or by contacting customer support.
Subscribers remain responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation is processed.
Access may be revoked immediately upon cancellation.

9. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through customer support.
Refunds are not granted for partially used memberships.
Refunds, if granted, are issued to the original payment method only.
Approval of a refund does not guarantee future refunds.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

All chargebacks are investigated thoroughly.
Fraudulent claims may result in reporting to the card issuer and possible restriction of future purchases.

11. Authorized Use

Access rights are limited to one individual per subscription.
Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Redistribution, public display, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Subscribers may not share or transfer access credentials.
Any breach may result in termination of access and legal consequences.

12. Transfer of Access Rights

Subscribers are responsible for keeping login information confidential.
Passwords will only be released to the account holder unless required by law.
Unauthorized access is a violation of this Agreement.
Report any breach of access or loss of credentials immediately.

14. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
Any invalid term shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

15. Notices

Notices from the Site may be posted online or sent via email.
All Subscriber communications, including cancellations and inquiries, must be directed to Muscle Painter Billing through the Site’s Contact page.
